BSOD and VxD Errors in Win98

Please help me fix this problem. I have tried everything I can think of, but I am still getting Blue Screens Of Death (BSOD) that usually say: "An exception OE has occurred at 0028:C0014DC8 in VxD ---. This was called from 0028:C0015B15 in VxD ---." I also get other VxD errors at times.

Win98, DX7, IE5, Mystique G200 8Mb with TV output (BIOS 2.6-20, VIA AGP 3.30, and PD 5.41), FIC VA 503+ version 1.1B, 64Mb EDO, K6-2 300 (not overclocked)

Errm... I could be shooting blanks here but I think someone had the same problem a while ago. Just as you did, that guy also tried everything, but nothing helped untill out of despair he de-installed IE5 from his system and voila that was it....

Try it... you can always re-install...
