TV OUTPUT

When I click the TV output in matrox display settings the image on the computer changes to a smaller wide screen image. can only get the video to display on the TV if I accept these new settings. Is there a way around this so I don't have to change the settings every time I want to use the TV to see a DVD. I am also geting no audio to the TV but that is a different problem. I have a G200tv and a SB PCI128 Sound card. Any help is appreciated. Ian

Hi,

I had a similar config as you have before getting a Marvel G400
With the Marvel there is no such problem.
For the G200 + TV out u can save your current config in the Powerdesk menu.
So switch to TV out, save it , then switch back.

Now if you want to watch TV just select this config in the Powerdesk menu (mouse on the PDicon in the tray). I think it will not ask for accepting the settings.

PS: for your audio don't forget to enable the audio-out in the SB-mixer ?
