    i have a millenium g200 8mb sgram and my setting is 108.96/145.29/108.96 + sgram optimizzations;
    3dmark2000 score of 1245 at 1024x768x16b
    with an celly400@618.5 103x6 and 64mb pc100
    any suggest!!!!!!!

    That's pretty kick ass for a G200. You aren't going to get much more than that.

    Personally I think 3DMark 2000 is just a little too biased towards Geforce since it's the only card with hardware T&L. You will see more score improvement with a faster CPU in that than a video card other than Geforce.

    However, my Millenium G200 with SGRAM could do 160mem. Don't bother with memory optimizations just get the memory at the fastest clock possible b4 it corrupts. This way you get the core faster too.

      depends on the revision the board is build ...

      I had a mystiqueG200 that wen up to 162MHz memclock without any prob.

      I suggest to clock higher in 5 MHz steps followed by intense stabilty tests, like UT, Q3, 3DMark etc.

      When you start seeing little dots in false colors, you found that peak of your RAM.
      In case the system locks up, your gclock is maxed out
