first of all sorry for my english,

after dualhead activate, I can't enable VGA (or disable TV out / dos). How can i get first setting like TVout /DOS disable !.

I've already had three trie to restore the olds settings (with progbios -maven off or UBiosWin.exe)
But this message was return : ERROR x300

Do i sending my card to S.A.V. or is it possible to add special command with progbios for recover factory's setting ?

With UBiosWin.exe you can change back DOS-2-TVout ...

        wait a minute ...

        you have a G400 PCI ???

        Are you sure ?

        ...

Usually on your first attempt to update the bios you are prompted to create an emergency disk.

Do you have that disk ?

AGP of course ! (motherboard ABIT BH6 last bios)
The emergency disk was made but the disk doesn't works too because the it
was created with the "bin" files from the installation CD (897-15TV.bin) and the factory's bios is (897-15.bin). to restore the factory's settings you need to use this command (from the french support):
          "progbios -i 897-15.bin -k -s mvag400.bin"
The "mvag400.bin" was send by email from the support !

But it doesn't works too !!!

ok ... then repost your problem and use the names "J.B." and "Haig" in the title.
They are from Matrox techsupport and monitor these forums and can probably help you out fastest.

And you should prepare a list of your system details and driver revision numbers. A list of your IRQ assignments is also required.

e-mail tech support and ask them for a BIOS recovery file. I have some doubts about the command line that France tech support gave you. The head office uses a different type of file that you simply extract on a disk and boot with it...
