Problem whit AIMS Xtreme Deluxe HELP PLEASE

Very Good to all. I do not speak the English very well but I will try to describe my problem. Ramdac buys a Matrox G400 DualHead 360 and I installed it. He is everything correctly installed but at the time of seeing TV (I have a card of capture of TV AIMS Xtreme Deluxe) single I can appreciate half of the screen and other half appears of green color. It already tries yet what it was to me by hand and nothing. Before tapeworm one intel 740 and never I had problems. Somebody can help me with this?
