      "The Matrox is utterly pathetis"
That's his spelling error, not mine for once.
" The G400's 3D leaves a bit to be desired"
"Matrox's proprietary mehtod of environment mapped bump mapping"
My emphasis not his. Guess he never heard of DX6?
      "The TNT1 can do EMBM"
      Hahahahaha
"I know certain games were coded with Matrox's execution in mind, does anyone think that will remain now that there is an industry standard in place?"
Again what was DX6? proprietary? A Matrox product? So maybe DX6 wasn't a standard after all, 3dfx will be glad to hear that!!
"EMBM is not a proprietary method" OK but ..."and has been around for quite some time"
Gee I thought twice before he said it was?

If this guy is a professional as he seems to claim I guess he must have coded some of SIERRA's games, back when none would work. As well as many other garbage games (being polite). Well that would explain a lot.

      GO GET EM RICKN
