My G400 Just wont overclock!

I was just wondering if someone might be able to help me out here. I have a G400 DH 32meg, and can't get it to overclock properly. Every time I try overclocking the card, it actually slows down (at least according to 3D Mark 99 Max). I have followed the recommended settings in the PDF file for MGATweak and still get no positive results. I have even tried Matrox Tweak, same thing. The funny thing is, that there seems to be nothing wrong with the card at all. No crashes, no hangs, nothing. It just wont overclock. Anyone have any ideas?
