PC -VCR doesn't work
I reinstalled Win 98 and now the PC-VCR says "ERROR- Another program may be using your Matrox video editing hardware.

Hardware-based Motion-JPEG(MJPEG) video compression is not fully supported at the current display settings.To use hardware-based MJPEG video compression, lower your display resolution and color palette settings, then restart your video capture,playback or editing program. A 16-bit color palette is recommended".
I already do have the display set at 16 bit . I used the Matrox uninstaller then re-installed 5.30 and 1.15 and still same message. What gives, It worked fine before.
