OGL and DVDMAX don't work

I bought a G400 MAX about a month ago. I brought it home to replace my G200 well ok everything was working except DVDMAX.. itgave some wierd flickering. After uninstall ing and reinstalling 5.11 and 5.30 drivers I got EVERYTHING to work then OGL and DVDMAX stopped working... I left it. bought a new Motherboard, installed it formated reinstalled Windoes 98 SE and went straight 5.30 OGL and DVDMAX doesn't work. 5.41 doesn't work either. OGL screensavers don't even work. Let alone Quake III. Anyone think they can help?
