  • G200 at 225MHz

I own a celeron 300A o/c @504MHz on a BH6. The FSB is running at 112MHz and the AGP is forced at x2.This means I'm running my Mystique G200 AGP in 225MHz AGP speed(112*1/1=225).I've been running for two hours now and no problem has occured even when I played the Aliens Vs Predator for 70 minutes in 800x600x32. This card ROCKS!!!!!

err... you may have OC'd the AGP bus to 74.7=112*2/3. but the clock rate of the card itself is set within the card itself. so you AGP transfer rate may be up to 75*2*4=600 Mbytes per/second. but your still running at 189mhz.
PS the highest reliable speed I can get is 216 with extra cooling in 3d games and 220 in 2d mode.

"This card ROCKS!!!!! " are you being serious? Wow G200 at 225mhz must be .18 micron with copper interconnects right? ...MWAHAHAHA

Ehm, which utility do you use to overclock? With MGATweak you can set the "main" clock generator to 220MHz but the actual frequency is calculated by dividing that number by 1, 1.5 or 2.

The best I get is 220MHz, with the graphics and WARP divider at 2 (110MHz) and memory clock at 1.5 (146MHz), but with full SGRAM optimalization. I guess the SGRAM can be pushed even higher but I doubt if that's useful.

Anyhow, the performance gain is around 30% in 3D. Not too shabby That's nice, but many games are more CPU limited than by the 3D card.

Well, poor me - I am running the G400Max at 66mhz only - 66mhz bus and AGP 1x.

Really guys, are you serious??? FSB and AGP spec have nothing to do with the "speed" of your video card.
