Q3 Demo Test and Q2 lock up for me, can someone help me out?

My problems started after I installed Q3 Test 1.08 and GLSetup(v108). Now, Q3 Demo Test and Test 1.08 lock up immediately and now my Q2 locks up as well! I haven't tried other games yet, but I will try out Half Life soon.

My system specs:

Tyan Thunder 100 BX(bios 1.16a)
Matrox G400 MAX (default bios, haven't updated it)
Matrox driver 5.30
SB Live (I just installed Livewire 3 from a fresh reformat. No >2 versions installed)
3Com FastEtherlink (3C905B-TX)
Acer 40x cdrom
Internal Zip 100
WD Caviar 6.4 gig

of course, Q2 is at 3.20 and everything *was* working perfectly before I installed the GLSetup. Do I have to nuke the drive now? > Is there anything I can do so I don't have to nuke my drive?

No, just run the Matrox uninstaller, then reinstall your PD 5.3 drivers.

If that doesn't work, report back, and we can figure this out without "nuking" your drive.

Thanks Rags. I had tried previously to unistall(but without extracting all the files in the PD uninstall zip. doh!) and it didn't work. Your suggestion got me to extract the file to my mgafolder. Q2 no longer locks up. Q3 Demo test still locks up occasionally, but in the release notes, it does state that Q3 can occasionally lock up due to a incompatibility of some kind. Thanks again. Any ideas on how to get Q3 stable?
