    someone know why my dvd is skipping frames
    maybe it´s my cpu
    my pc

    how are these frame skips manifesting themselves? how are you watching? tv or monitor?
    try different settings via region selector see if it helps

      I had this problem with an older 1st gen DVD drive (1x DVD). It may not be the same problem with yours, but check to be sure. Make sure that DMA is enabled for the DVD drive under the device manager.

      After I enabled it, the skipping went away, and everything's great now.

        Another possibility is that you are trying to play a region1 disc (ntsc) on a pal tv, this will produce the frameskipping but only on region 1 discs!
