  • G400 and IE5 - BSOD

Occasionally, I am getting the wonderful (NOT!) BSOD when visiting websites. There's no indication as to what or why this happens (best guess is really bad javascript, java applets, or something else).

I don't recall this problem w/ any other card I've had. Is this a driver problem, or ???

FYI, Intel 440BX mobo, 400mz PII, nuthin' overclocked

Post some links to the sites where you are having the crashes, and let's see if it happens to everyone else.

Believe it or not, it seems to happen at various sites. I've had it happen while searching through Microsoft's site, MaximumPC, etc.

There seems to be no pattern or rhyme or reason to when it happens.

What is the bsod saying? g400 caused ?
More than likely, something to do with ie5,or specific things on the sites your trying to view.
Perhaps it's a new security feature, barring you from those naughty sites
