Try disabling "frame buffer posted write" in you bios.

Disabled "frame buffer posted write". The system is unstable.

Has it always been unstable or this is recent. Try downclocking it back to 333 and trying AGP1X. Same problem?
What about the drivers you are using for your G200?

The system 333@350 is very firm and uses the driver matrox w9x_530. For force agp x 2... system AGPFlags "-1" and in software ali... AGPData rate "2" e AGPEnable "1". Thank you to all!!

With the G200 I wouldn't use the 5.30 drivers. Try the 5.25 they are much more stable for the G200 from what it seems.
