It's horrendously aweful if you are having problems but absolutely wonderful if you aren't.
Are you having probs?
Looks fine to me. But I admit I am not the Einstien (sp?) when it comes to IRQ's. Heaps of threads on this forum regarding it though...heaps.

If it works, leave it alone. The only problem I see is your ethernet card and USB controller. If you aren't using USB, disable the IRQ in bios for it. The holder PCI steering is essentially useless and doesn't do much plus you can't get rid of it so don't worry about it.

There are no problems here. USB controllers and NICs live fine together. The PCI steering thingers are MS's plug 'n' pray hard at work, so ignore them. Your setup SEEMS fine. Are you experiencing problems of any kind?
