Please Help! TV-out doesn't work!!!

i just got my G400 Max and everything is working great except for the dual head features. i can't get a picture on my TV screen - any suggestions?

Same for me. I'm just going from G400 S-video adapter to the S-video jack on my TV, so I figured this would be easy. I think I have the dual head stuff set up correctly with PowerDesk and Win98, although I wish there were better instructions on how to troubleshoot.
