Try re-seating the G400 Max and see if that helps.

Just guessing I'm afraid but try re-seating your Max in its slot(there is a section about Abit problems on MURC News)and check that the IRQ is higher than 9 and not shared with anything. These seem to be main culprits for most G400 problems

I got my G400 a couple of days ago and it crashed numerous times since. Going back to 66 mhz fsb seems to help though (at least it's been stable so far.)

The quality of a lot these cards just plain sucks if you ask me (I even had to unscrew the back of my pc to make it fit properly).. :-(

yes, when screwing the card into the (abit) mobo, the rear of the card can pop up slightly, also, be sure there are no cards in the slot closest to the card, if possible

What was the old Graphics Card that you had in the system?
Is there a possibility of some old drivers still kicking around?
Have you tried removing your TV card AND removing the drivers?

will the system do 100 fsb?
also, is that a higher end monitor or economy? there were problems with ktx (i think that was the name) monitors
