  • This may be a stupid question but...

...how do I, a registered user, post a reply? Can't seem to do it even in my own thread!

ack! I figured it out! The prob is Communicator 4.5 won't show that Post Reply thing! But IE will!

So which build of Netscape do I need to upgrade to, to use this BBS?

No netscape version is worth using. Never has never will be.

Well it's fine here with NS 4.5, 4.6 and 4.7 not quite sure what is going on, try flushing your browser cache.

This is odd! Ok, I flushed the cache, d/led Communicator 4.7 & installed it and am running it now, and I still don't get that "post Reply" graphic. I get a tiny underline character where it should be.

Back to the underline again. So IE is like a nasty virus? +

Why don't you try out Opera, it's very fast, works great and it's a 1.5MB download. http://www.opera.com it's not free but you can get a 30 day demo.

Just stay with the non-compatible non-standard Microsofts gift to world IE5 and everything will work like a dream
