Do only the DualHead G400's have TV out? Or, does the single head have a monitor out and TV out as well?

No, single heads have only 1 monitor output, that is it.
I am not sure, but if u will use the Tv adapter (it goes only with DH) and change your desktop res to 800x600 or whatever, u will be able to connect your tv, and maybe wach dvds

singlehead has no tv out functions as the Maven chip(tv out, 2nd ramdac) is not present on the board
