ARGGH!! What's with this "relinking" business?

For some inexplicable reason, sometimes when I switch away from MSP and then back, one of the videos is reported to have changed, and asks me to relink. The weird part is, the video clip's name in the track has been changed to the name of one of my audio clips. What the hey? How does this happen? Why is it usually the same video clip each time? (There doesn't appear to be a pattern...!)
