G400 DVD player , VCD Playback

When I play my original VCD´s in the DVD player that came whit mat G400Max i experince glitches and a little jerky motion.

If i play the same VCD in the mediaplayer i dont expreince any glitches or jerkiness.

Any idea how to fix this, or are there any updates for the DVD player?

You can find updates to the cinemaster engine which is what the G400s use. You will have to look for sites with DVD software. There is no official update to the Matrox DVD player as far as I know.

Also, if you think the quality of VCDs are not that great like I think on the G400, then go to http://vdmovie.operation3d.com/ and get voodoomovie. You don't have to register it but there will be a "Please Register" on the screen at all times. Look at the quality of the VCD after you have set up everything. Big difference.

Note: The best res to use is 640x480 32bit IMHO. Also, it only works with Mediaplayer at the moment.
