I put this in the PowerDesk forum but got no response. Maybe it should havebeen here? Or maybe it is just a problem unique to me?
Has anyone else had a problem with their system locking up on a PC with more than one user profile set up? I get to the user/password dialog but then if the default profile (and hence the display of the user/password box) is not set to 640x480 and 16 colours then progress past the Windows Login dialog screen is impossible. Workaround is to boot in safe mode and change the default user profile but it is very annoying.
Any ideas anyone?
