  • GLQuake1 texture corruption

I've got a Mill G200 and have been getting freaky lighting texture corruptions in GLQuake1 with the 5.21 and 5.25 drivers (clean install of windows98 didnt fix em). I dont know if they occured with the D3d wrapper, icdbeta2, or 5.13 drivers. Anybody else have this problem? Any known fixes? Thanks.

All other opengl games run fine.

I have a G400MAX and have the same problem with 5.13, 5.15, 5.21, and 5.25. The beta GL ICD for the G400 doesn't fix it and also breaks GLQW (it crashes on startup, as did 5.13). Not sure what's causing it. The flashball gets annoying in multiplayer. The lighting makes all the walls green, red, yellow, blue and a ton of other colors. Well it does sort of look cool...

Those rainbows were there since ICDb2. To get rid of them, disable dynamic lighting with "r_dynamic 0" console command and use "gl_flashblend 1" to get some light effects.

-Tumu, still waiting a fix for it..
