  • The screen-problems are back (Haig, BB's)

    Hi all,

Okay, in PD5.13.020 I, as well as others, had problems with random lines on their screens/windows.
I didn't have problems with the new PD5.21.017 until today.

In most occasions I had random lines first, then a total lockup of Windows98.
After a reboot, any window I open will "bubble" (readjusting of the window to the screen's width multiple times, extremely odd thing to see.)

Don't know what's causing the problems all of a sudden. The only thing I changed was vsynch off and 32bit Z-Buffer on through MGATweak. (Yes, killed them again for the moment).

Running both screens at 1024x768x32bit, because 16bit will crash my PC almost immediately.

Systems specs should be known by now
    P3-450, Asus P2B-1010, G400 DH 32Mb-1.5, PD5.21.017, 256 Mb RAM.

Jorden, with still every game working okay (if no lockups occur), but for SiN which refuses to go, unless in dreadfull d3d

P.S: Reinitiated DualHead mode, and totally NO problems then.. whacky or what??
