Why is NT so slow on the G400 for Quake3? It is incredibly slow and the graphics are really bad. Does anyone have a suggestion. My system is a PII450 with 128 megs of ram, G400 dual head and SB Live Value

Even Quake2 is really slow. Plus it says it is using only a 16 bit Z buffer. -
G400 and NT is just not the explosive cocktail that G400 and WinX is. DualHead support is only partial, and the OpenGL ICD works very poorly with NT.
Incredible that the Matrox developers could ignore NT like they have done, maybe future drivers will fix it.
