Cool. Its been awhile since I've been here. Anybody know if its worth getting a G400 for a Pii 400 machine? Thanks

Better get a GeForce from Ebay... there will be another auction for drivers real soon now.

But you can't afford the drivers. The bidding for the GeForce itself (which, BTW, is just the chip... board sold separately) is up to $10m now. The drivers will be fiercely bid.

          Hi Doc,

If you liked your G200 the G400 will blow you away. I ran my g400 on a pII-450 for awhile and it was much faster and better looking than the G200.

I had a P II 400 with a G400. I didn't like the way it sounded when I said it though. Some folks thought I was stuttering, or being redundant.

So I went out and got a P III 500. Not only did performace improve, it was easier to say. "I have a P III 500 with a G400."

            Isn't that better?

The P II 400 worked swell with the G400.
