Same Performance in Q3? (5.21 vs. 5.13)

I just uninstalled my PD5.13 and then I installed new PD 5.21.

I tested Q3A 1.08 and there was no any decrease or increase!

Exactly same FPS as before...

Bad JOKE?
Any thoughts?

Same for me. I get 42fps at 800x600 on high quality and 45 at 640x480. These are the same as the 5.13 drivers. The sadest thing is that on the 'fastest' setting, I only get 53fps. My old ASUS 3400 TNT got over 70fps in fastest. Granted, it doesn't look great but when I needed to go fast, at least I could.

It wouldn't be so bad if the drivers fixed other problems. But I still can't put the DVD window on the second monitor in MultiMonitor mode (and get video), nor can I run any openGL games in MultiMode.

All in all, the speed benefits of the Max are vapor to me, compared to my old ASUS TNT board (notice the lack of the '2' in the TNT).

I haven't given up hope yet but this waiting is getting to me.
