G400s and the blue screen of death!

Has anyone experienced this with the G400 or G400Max before?

Play a D3D game for hours, and it runs fine. Go to exit to the windows desktop, and VOILA! The big ol' blue screen o' death and a hard lock up!

Does anyone know how to fix it? Is it just me?

I have a CeleronA @ 450 MHz and Abit BH6 mobo, 128MB Ram....
