            Nah, that wasn't an overclock problem - that was the result of a fight between a g400 and tha tnt2 chip.

                  You are experimenting with making a chip from C4, and when you get the right mix you will mail the TnT2 card to an undesireable in a foreign land as a token of apology.

                          It was a TNT, then it got overclocked so it became a TNT2. Then it melted.

                            You don't really think that the TNT2 is a different chip than the TNT, do you? I kinda think its the same chip, clocked higher with a better memory interface and improved PCB referrence design, and different drivers....
