MSP VE Video Editor MPEG - Video CD?
I am trying to figure out the correct setting to convert my AVI to MPEG with MSP VE Video Editor so that I can then cut a Video CD from Easy CD Creator 3.5c or 4.x. It seems that with the ones I have tried so far, Easy CD Creator will not recognize it as a correctly formatted MPEG. Has anyone done this?
