  • Is Mystique dead?

Is Matrox going to release a Mystique or similar model with the G400 on-board? I'm asking 'cos the Mystique boards are always cheaper and are aimed at the gamer rather than the casual user.
Also, can anyone recommend a good frequency to o/c my G200 8MB from 112,5MHz (SDRAM model)? I'm using Powerstrip and G200CLK
    Currently powered by:
    P3 600EB@700, Matrox G400 32MB DH, QDI Advance 9, 128MB PC133 Goldstar

Yup, the Mystique is no more. They now just have the two versions of the millennium (regular and MAX). If you want dirt cheap, go for an OEM single head G400.

These days, the gamers go for the more expensive boards, and business/casual users get the cheap ones.

I'll leave the O/C questions for someone else...
