G400 Marvel Ordered, but Matrox Customer Service Remains Silent

  • G400 Marvel Ordered, but Matrox Customer Service Remains Silent

    I ordered a G400 Marvel on 10/29/1999 (5 days ago) and paid for 3 day shipping. When I ordered I received my order number and was notified that my order was approved.

    After three days and no word from Matrox I sent an email to customerservice@matrox.com (as instructed on the shop.matrox.com web sight). But received no reply, so I sent another email yesterday but once again got no reply.

    So what's the deal here? Is there some kind of Canidian day to US day conversion I need to use to figure out when the Marvel is going to arrive?

    Shame that Matrox couldn't track the order and give you progress on it.

    On the other hand, the 29th was Friday. You can't count weekends in the delivery days (they don't work weekends), so 3 days should be today.

      Today I noticed the USA Marvel is out of stock at the Matrox store. The Europe Marvel is still available.

        I wish customer service would at least respond, even if its bad news. But as it stands three emails in three days and ZERO responce.
