  • TNT overclocking of matrox

Hey guys, check out my stuff on this overclocking methodology,

So fast, it is kinda ridiculous
    cheers.

    I like it!

Better be careful saying 'so fast, it's kinda rediculous' - you'll have 3dfx on you like a ton of bricks!

      Looks interesting

Could you post your clock speeds then ?

      Please

        SteveC,
It is running well over the presumed spec anyway. Glad to know there are compliments.

        Maggi,
I use that setup to reach an MOC115 from the default MOC89, which is 8ns SDRAM onboard.
THe 3D Mark99 pro jumps from 1800 to 2400 by doing that, all at 800x600x16z.

        cheers.

I see ... thanx for the numbers

Try using PowerStrip, you might get even higher, because MOC is based on MystClk and using it sometimes gives very 'uneven' clockrates ...

PS: My Mystique goes up to 164MHz PStrip which is about 128 MOC and I have only one fan plugged onto the heatsink

F 3dfx im real impressed with 3dfx right up until i sit infront of my brother inlaws g200 system (why the hell did i give him that card. its still the best looking card i have seen to date)

              ------------------
i spend way too much time and money on my 3 systems.
