Any Tweaking?

I want to play Need For Speed - Porsche Unleashed, but the speed is not good.

I have tried and used some tweak that include:
MGA Tool 1.20 - with sysclk 300 (2,1.5,2)
cacheman with 32M (min. & max.)
In system.ini>386Enh section - add:
ConservativeSwapfileUsage=1
LocalLoadHigh=1
PageBuffers=32
IRQ10=4096 ( irq for G400, more faster)
DMABufferSize=64

My system : winME, directx8, AMD700,192M system ram, ibm harddisk, G400 with 32Mram(6.21driver), latest VIA driver.
