viewing TV with marvel g200-tv PL HELP

i have matrox marvel G200-TV with 8 MB RAM

when i viewed TV the image is MOSTLY B & W with occasional flash of colour
actually it hardly has colour for all the available channel

i have celeron 333- ASUS P2B motherboard-128 mb ram-
viewsonic e771 monitor & i also use dual monitor for which i have cirrus logic 2 MB display PCI CARD

kindly help to get colour as well as better image quality

whether matrox pc-vcr for WINDOWS NT available..so that TV can viewed with WIN NT SERVER .

PL NOTE:
actually MATROX has missed our country INDIA (we follow PAL B)
in the COUNTRY setting box for TV setting & iam forced to use singapore
