    Hi Guys,

    Just doin some tests here, what the command line in Q3A to enable SMP?

    Hey Elie,

    The Command to enable Quake III SMP is r_smp 1
    You type this command in the console. To access the console press the ~ key on the keyboard.

    Please Post your results after you have finished testing

      Thanks for your reply, actually I tried it and Quake III hangs and sometimes it gives corrupted graphics etc.

      I have a P2B-D with dual PII 350's (not all that great) but I wanted to test the differences, my video card is the Matrox G400 Dual Head using the latest drivers so I think this could be a problem with Q3 itself or my motherboard.

      Any idea's?

        Go to www.2cpu.com. The discussion there was that the Matrox 6.10 drivers were to fix SMP problems, but are still not stable.
