The powerdesk in win2000 5.11 is better than 5.10. The monitor settings work like it should. The g400icd.dll is smaller in size (6KB to be exact)

Anyone have problems yet with the 9x version? I haven't finished downloading it, but I am having HDD problems so I am going to delay the patch. Just curious. Are there still problems with Half-Life?

        Hmm?
I still can get the monitor profiles section working. I keep getting the message: Windows monitor not installed.

        Any help with this?

BTW am I the only one that finds games to run faster in win2000?

My monitor is just the generic "Plug and Play Monitor" and have no problems. I own a Sceptre and there are no drivers needed for win2000. They say just use the plug and play drivers.

Oh yeah, i was counter strike last night and not once did i get any texture problems as i did in 5.10. I hope this continues and was not just luck.

Currently the latest OpenGL ICD released is the one in the NT 4.51.022 display driver. You should be able to use it on 9x and 2K as well.

The new Win2000 Powerdesk solved a problem I had with corruption on window titlebars whenever I used MGAtweak. Trivial, but nice!

Forgot to mention that OpenGL ICD fixes are in for Descent 3, SolidWorks, Maya, Quake III, and Unreal Tournament.

TurboGL is still a little problematic with 6.01 (flashlight still gone, etc). Haven't tried the ICD though.

BTW, for the first time ever I have been able to play DiabloII under Win2K without having it freeze after a few minutes. I played for an hour and a half last night with every option turned on without a glitch.

                    Someone has done their homework.

This also appears to have fixed a number of bugs I found working with MS Streets & Trips 2001.

                          Hiya,

just looked and didn't found the new drivers for win9x, only for nt4 and win2k.

                          Have they been withdrawn?
