  • Have any of you tried Starlancer or the demo...very nice!

I grabbed the demo a few days ago...wow! I can't believe any game falling out of MS's arse would be this good. The demo is only two missions, and both are very heavily scripted (a la Wing Commander). Still, the visuals and the atmosphere make up for it.
If you try it...check out an external view of the medium fighter (the 3 man beast...) when you fire the gatling guns...very cool animation.
I've got the full version on order, can't wait

Microshaft had nothing to do with the production of this excellent game apart from the money. Just because is has got a Microshaft logo on it - doesn't mean a thing.

      Good game though.
