      Client is available now!

Use Sierra Update as Fileplanet links won't be available until 11am PST.

I've heard the download is SLLLLOOOOOOOOWWWWW though. In the neighborhood of 2 hours on DSL/Cable... Ugh! I'll post the Fileplanet client links once they're available.

That update stinks. The new netcode is biased too much towards making weapons act like you're on a local server, so snipers are now very nasty, perhaps too nasty. And the GUI for commands, while neat for a few minutes gets old quick. The big problem remains that Half Life is still a horribly buggy game. :-(

At least I didn't have to wait long to D/L it at 1:30AM this morning... 250 kilobytes/sec. :-)
