From which directory did you you delete that file? I hope it wasn't your Windows System folder.

Enter your motherboard's BIOS and try opening your AGP aperture to 256 MB. Also, cut and paste a copy of your IRQ settings into your next post.

Give us a list of your system specs. They are very important.

my bios is set and configured to 256 ... i can not set "assign irq to vga" its not an option on my system... can't get support at ctx either to get the correct flash upgrade either...

irq 9 = creative sb 16 for live
      irq 10= sb live
      irq 5 = 3com 10/100 network card
      irq ? = matrox

those are the only cards in my computer also .. reset is on the motherboard... irq 3 4 for serial etc standard on those items...

deleted the opengl from all directories except the system haha i'm confused about the matrox .. not computerconfused

i have tried turbogl and all variations of the drivers i can find older and newer etc.. no difference wtih or without the turbogl installed

i have even installed my voodoo2 .. with only a nice black screen for my primary display.. secondary working just fine.. corse.. i had my start menu on the black screen and had to reboot anyways hah but i'm not locking solid just software locking q3 it seems.. <shrug>

      thanks in advance jeff
