  • VIA-MVP3 + 5.52 + TurboGL

i found out that there is no doubt, that VIA's AGP-driver is the reason for the crashes when TurboGL/ICD + PD5.52 is used with EPOX-VIA-MVP3-MOBOs.
when i de-install the AGP-driver (v.359/400) all works fine BUT i can't shut down windows properly; there stays always the freezed mouse-pointer and nothing happens.

    anyone knows....

-how to solve this shut-down issue (it's defenetly not a network-problem or the "fast shut-down option")?

-if AGP is used properly without VIAs driver?

-if an older version of VIAs AGP-driver will run?

    thank you

I have a mobo with a via apollo pro 133 chipset and I have no problems at all with the via agp driver, but I know that if I dont install them all goes wrong with windows and games, like the shutdown problem.
