  • Quake2000 GLQuake

Having installed the new improved foggy GLQuake when starting the game the screen corrupts in a multiple frame sort of way , the same as the status bar did befre adding -fullsbar to the command line , any ideas anyone .
Not sure i explained what it does too well but as i turn the screen seems to merge into other frames , sort of .

If I knew where to get this new improved version of GLQuake, I'd try it out and see if the same problem happens to me.

It happened to me also, at least something like that. The screen corrupts (green and magenta colors dominate) when I launch Quake1.exe, it starts up veeerry slowly until it freezes completely.
I cant´t understand what could be wrong.
          The elder GLQuake works, though.

          Anyone?

            Thanks Maggi.

            glquake_1.13 gave me no problems.
I did the usual timedemo demo2 with glquake.exe, and also played on a server with glqwcl.exe.
The timedemo demo2 actually gave me a 3 fps higher result than my previous. 83.6fps at 1024x768x32.
