Expendable and patch for EMBM

I downloaded the patch for Expendable for bump mapping with G400. Before i install the patch the game witch don't have any EBMB visual give in 800x600-32 45FPS with BM on e 46 with BM off. Whan I install the patch the game drop in FPS with the BM off too: i have with the patch at the same resolution (800x600-32) 35 with BM on and 36 with BM off........ why? help me please. My driver are 5.41. ah the EMBM patch work only with agp aperture at least 128MB and on my mobo(asus p2b-f) only with at least 128 mb ram (that is, if i have 64mb and i set agp aperture at 128 or 264 as matrox said, the game don't start)
