Extreme chop in UT................

I have an interesting problem in UT. It seems that whenever I get in close to a bunch of guys in UT the framerate goes completely to hell. I mean down to like a couple fps.......but then speeds right back up when there are only a few around.

This is with my G400 overclocked to MAX speed, also tried 177/200............

Are you having this problem in single player mode (with a large number of bots), or is this during on-line play?

Actually, heh heh, I forgot that I had turned on some extensive quality stuff in the .ini file.....hehehhe........ooooops.

I think you can turn down the actor details in normal preferences,if not in advanced options.
