  • G200 Overclock

    i have a 16meg agp G200... i want to Oclock it
    1. When i change the mclk wclk gclk... the computer freezes when i run an opengl program
    2. I can only "up" my pll clock by 10mhz.. more than that will result in lines going across my screen
    3. I can change the sgram optimisation to nearly as fast as the mga overlock program will go.. but i dont see no difference.
Can someone help me w/overclocking as u can c i am having some problems

So you can't overclock it, it might be the 8Mb upgrade you seem to have, try removing it if that's the case.

I think the best you can do is upgrade now...
Overclocking won't do much with that system.
      This is my signature:
      My ICQ is 2564243...

if i were to upgrade my system... RAM would be more helpful then upgrading to lets say a K6-2 or PII... am i right?? cos i always run out of memory and thus... computer uses the damn-slow virtual memory...

BUT what gets me is that when im playing.. i NEVER see the hd light go on... doesnt that mean that my memory isnt swapping between my HD.
