  • Slight troubles with older titles (GLQuake, TRIBES)

Using the latest TurboGL driver, I can play both games, but there is some kind of error with what looks to be the Z buffer. In GLQuake, the status bar constantly disappears with a warped background and is almost impossible to read. In TRIBES, certain components of the HUD are missing. While most are very livable to live with (compass is only partially complete, but enough to be useable, no box around enemy health bars, etc.), the full-screen crosshair normally present when zooming in fully is nowhere to be seen, making precise shots almost impossible. I'm aware that the TurboGL driver wasn't meant to be used with either one of these games, but the errors almost seem trivial and fixable, hence this message. Any success stories to share?

Put -fullsbar on the command line of glquake.
    I don't know about tribes.
