Beta drivers and Tribes

I read a blurb someone else posted from the readme.txt included with the 5.50 drivers about some minor problems with Tribes. This got me curious, so I reopened and read the file myself. Unfortunately, the blurb is the extent of the info Matrox included.

So, has anyone tried Tribes with the Matrox PowerDesk betas? If so, how does it work?

With powerdesk 5.41 and turbogl, it would just crash to the desktop, now with powerdesk 5.50, I can actually run it with the turbogl (regular opengl runs, but extremely slow)
