  • EverQuest?

I was thinking of buying EverQuest but the G400 is not listed on the box. I was wondering if anyone could share there experience with EverQuest and G400?
    Thanks.

    Noooooo.

Don't get sucked in to the almighty life draining EQ.

But if you must, it works fine with my max.

If you buy EQ, we may never see you again. You may also be nuts enough to buy a character on eBay

EQ works great with G400, even wayyyyy back in the day of the 5.2x series drivers. Highly addictive game though, so feed pets, water plants etc, before sitting down to play.

Out of curiousity, how does one sell an EQ character? You chars are tied to your account, and your account is tied to your Credit Card number...so I'm confused as to how someone would sell a character without selling their entire account (all characters, login name, password etc). Or maybe that's what they're doing.

but, you can cancel your account, thus dropping the CC info, and the account is still active to the end of the paid period, and then still available (not playable) to be reactivated through the magic charm of plastic money, for 6 months. so you cancel your payment, and then offer it up. whoever buys it is responsible for supplying a fresh sacrifice of plastic to the mighty EQ.

Ah, I see. I was under the impression your account was wiped when you cancelled it. Thanks for the info.
