  • Sound card slowing me down. darn it.

I have a millenium g200 16 megs. runs perfectly fine. but i KNOW my sound card is slowing it down slightly.

its a SB AWE32 ISA Card. im using AWE64 drivers cause it makes it sound better.

my question is, i know that isa cards swallow ur proccesor usage. is there a way to make it use less processor usage. hahahaha i know it sounds pathetic but worth a try.

I recommend you to upgrade your sound card, when switch to my first PCI sound card, I've got 4 frames in Q2 with a Cel300A.
