Drakan: constant crashes with PD 5.41

Drakan is nearly unplayable with PD 5.41. Sometimes I can play up to 15 minutes without a crash, most times only some minutes till the next crash happens.
No more crashes after reverting back to PD 5.30...

Hardware: G400DH-32MB, P2-450, Asus P2B-S, 128 MB RAM
